The prepared food vendors at the market tonight include Hillbilly Philly’s and Stick, Bowl and Roll

Chef Michael Waxelman will set up his farmers market pop up today and hopes to join us on a regular basis. Here’s his menu for today, May 16th. Featuring happy animal products from Farrar Out Farms and Grand Army Farm

Pork BBQ on a Stick
Pastured pork marinated in a sweet, tangy, Filipino bbq sauce, stuck, and grilled to lightly charred glory.  Served with Garlic Fried Rice and Atsara (pickled seasonal vegetables)

Pancit Canton (in a Bowl)
Egg noodles, pork, and vegetables stir fried to a colorful, festive state of deliciousness!
**Squeeze a bit of lemon on top for best results**

 Lola’s Cosmic Lumpia (Filipino for spring Roll
We hand roll ground pastured pork, chicken, wild caught shrimp, aromatics and spices in a spring roll wrapper and fry to a crispy, golden brown. 

 *add a pastured egg from a local farmer to the Stick or the Bowl (only if you wanna live like a champ, that is)


Hillbilly Philly’s
If you have been a previous visitor to the brewery you have either partaken of or watched the trays pass by or caught the wafting aromas of Hillbilly Philly’s. Today they will be preparing food for market shoppers. Menu for today includes

 The O.G.
thinly sliced sirloin topped with sautéed onions and green peppers then smothered in cheese whizz. $8

The Louie
thinly sliced sirloin topped with sauteed onions and green peppers then topped with melted provel cheese. An STL favorite $8

The Fun Guy
thinly sliced sirloin topped with sautéed onions, green peppers, and portobello mushrooms then topped with melted provolone cheese. $9

The Pizza Steak
thinly sliced sirloin topped with pepperoni’s, sautéed onions and green peppers then topped with melted provelone cheese and marinara sauce. $9

The Veggie Cheesesteak
marinated portobello mushrooms are the meat of this hearty veggie friendly sandwich, topped with sautéed onions and peppers and melted provolone cheese $8
